Who is someone you admire, and why?
Steve Warner of OUTHOUSE design (National Award winning Landscape Designer and my boss) - so brave to always push the design boundaries to create the wow effect! This inspires me and reinforces how lucky we are to have the ability to create landscapes that will be remembered and influence the mood and feelings for our community.
What have been the therapeutic benefits of nature/gardens for yourself?
The most important is the uplift in mood and feelings and sense of freedom and relaxation.
If you were a tree, what kind would you be, and why?
A large Moreton Bay Fig Tree - I find these so majestic and enchanting. The way it's branches spread free into the sky and the butress roots sprawl and hug its surroundings . This tree brings so much happiness and sense of belonging to many, including homes for the animals and a playground for children. This tree has impact, stands tall and proud, screams adventure and fun and is always remembered.
Your favourite gardening tool?
