Meet Sharon Moore-Lambert, Cultivate Committee Member. Sharon loves swimming, reading and of course gardening. She runs a small business called Cultivating Hope where she works one on one with people who share a passion for gardening and nature but find it challenging to do on their own due to disabilities. Sharon works in the aged care and disability sectors in the Sutherland Shire.

Catherine Hamlin - an amazing woman who puts others needs before her own.
What have been the therapeutic benefits of nature/gardens for yourself?
When my dad passed away in 2015, I found gardening a place to grieve yet find hope.
Name two plants that you love to grow?
Flannel flowers and any fruit/veg/herbs.
Where is your favourite place to be in nature?
National Parks everywhere.
If you were a tree, what kind would you be, and why?
Banksia robur - ever changing yet hardy.
